Delivered by Qatar Career Development Center in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Development and Family, the Work Integration Program for People with Disabilities is a practice-based training pathway designed for high school graduates with disabilities who are preparing to enter the workforce.

Through a structured series of interactive workshops, hands-on exercises, and tailored guidance, the program helps participants strengthen employability skills, build confidence, and identify suitable career directions.

The program covers key areas such as CV writing, LinkedIn profile development, interview preparation, workplace soft skills, self-advocacy, and career interests exploration.

Delivered in small-group formats that respond to participants’ diverse needs, it also includes success-story sessions with professionals and alumni with disabilities, helping participants connect their strengths to real job roles and workplace pathways.
