Academic Bridge Program
The Academic Bridge Program (ABP) aims to develop students' academic and professional skills and prepare them for admission to prestigious international universities by delivering globally accredited, specialized academic programs. These year-long programs focus on enhancing academic and career readiness skills, including English language proficiency, mathematics, science, social entrepreneurship, and computer science. The program also allows students to choose one of three academic tracks: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), Social Sciences, or Humanities and Visual Arts.
Since its founding and inauguration by Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser in 2001, the program has graduated more than 4,500 students, the majority of whom are Qatari nationals.
The Academic Bridge Program is fully accredited by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA) in the United States. Additionally, it has received initial approval to pursue formal academic accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) in the United States, a milestone achievement that reflects ABP’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality education aligned with the highest international university standards.
