About the art
01In F99-3 Triangles, Red, Marie Passa energizes the wall through three sharp, dynamic triangular forms that introduce tension, rhythm, and directional movement. Vivid red tones combine with layered geometric patterns to suggest an abstract architectural fragment in motion. The triangles radiate outward from a central point, creating a sense of expansion and visual intensity. Through the interaction of color, form, and direction, the work transforms the architectural surface into a bold graphic composition that balances structure with dynamism. Marie Passa is a French photographer based in Paris whose practice is shaped by her training in architecture. She studied at the École nationale supérieure d’architecture de Versailles and worked internationally with Wilmotte & Associés before turning to photography. Her work explores modernist architecture through color-filtered imagery that moves between reality and abstraction and is often described as meditative and poetic. Passa’s photographs have been exhibited internationally and featured at platforms including Aipad New York, Art Basel, and Paris Photo.
