About the offering

01

This collaborative initiative between Qatar Career Development Center and Renad Academy strengthens employability and career readiness for middle school students with learning difficulties, particularly those on the autism spectrum.

Through a holistic approach that combines skills development with real-world experience, the program provides tailored support that responds to students’ unique challenges while helping them explore a diverse selection of suitable economic sectors and work environments.

Delivered over nine consecutive weeks through weekly field visits, the program uses hands-on learning and structured social practice to build confidence, self-regulation, and independence.

By linking career exploration with personal development, it enables students to envision and pursue meaningful futures, creating pathways toward employment and continued growth beyond their school years.
