Higher Education and Employment
Autism Pathway
A meaningful career is within reach. This pathway brings together the academic support, employment programs, and career development resources available to young people with autism across QF.

The move into higher education and work is a significant milestone. The services in this pathway are designed to make sure every student has what they need to succeed at this stage.
What to Expect
Succeeding in higher education and employment requires more than qualifications. Students with autism benefit from tailored academic accommodations that remove barriers to learning, alongside career development support that builds the practical tools needed to navigate a workplace confidently.
Across Education City, universities provide dedicated accessibility and accommodation services aligned with international best practices. Each institution has its own process for requesting and implementing academic support, and students are encouraged to connect with their university's accessibility office early in their studies.
Beyond the classroom, employment programs support the transition into work through structured training, interview preparation, and connections to inclusive employers who recognize the value of a neurodiverse workforce.
