Established in 2025 for the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Warif Academy is the first school in Qatar and the wider GCC region dedicated to students with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex physical and medical needs.

The academy specializes in supporting children with profound and multiple learning disabilities through a holistic model that integrates education, therapy, and medical care.

The school adopts a personalized approach, recognizing that each student’s development requires tailored strategies across all areas of learning and wellbeing. Specialized assessment tools guide targeted interventions, while continuous progress monitoring helps ensure high-quality educational provision that supports every student in reaching their full potential.

Currently operating with classrooms serving children aged 3 to 14 years, the academy is expanding annually to accommodate students up to age 21. This is a MoEHE government specialized school operated by QF.
