Dr. Nayef Bin Nahar Al-Shammari holds a bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies from Qatar University, a master’s degree in Jurisprudence and Fundamentals from the International Islamic University in Malaysia, and a PhD from the same university in jurisprudence and its fundamentals. Dr. Nayef bin Nahar also received another doctorate in 2018 in the field of political science from the International Islamic University in Malaysia.
