Humans always have much more in common than we think
Joud Ghalayini is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar and works as a Markets & Corporate Analyst, while writing and performing poetry. Her family moved from Jordan to Qatar in 2004. As part of the GOALS program, Joud tells the story of the influence of her brother Ziyad on her love of football and her hopes for the World Cup in Qatar.
My friends and I watched the FIFA Arab CupTM matches in fun fan zones when we were not in the stadiums! None of us were avid football fans in the past.
