The conference will be held at Multaqa (Education City Student Center), a central hub known for hosting events, workshops, and networking. Its prime location in Education City makes it easily accessible while surrounded by major cultural and recreational landmarks.

Getting around is simple with the Education City Tram, a free and fully air-conditioned service that connects Multaqa to key destinations such as the Qatar National Library, Oxygen Park, Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art, and Education City Stadium. Tram stops are conveniently located near all major facilities, and e-scooters and bikes are also available for quick trips around campus.
