Ryan Moignard is a Senior Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Special Needs Football Specialist and Coach at Qatar Foundation's Ability Friendly Program. His expertise lies in accessibility, ability-friendly sports, community engagement, and football.

Prior to joining Qatar Foundation, Moignard worked with the Liverpool Football Club (LFC) from 2009-2018 and managed numerous projects within the LFC Foundation, which included leading on community outreach on a local and international level for people with disabilities. This included working with different international partners in North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

Moignard was also responsible for the design of an inclusive football delivery model that has been replicated by other organizations, which includes both practical and strategic activities. For this, he worked with the Premier League Charitable Fund, the Player’s Football Association, Youth Sports Trust, and the Special Olympics as well as other charities.

Moignard has been successful in implementing accessible sports classes across Qatar whilst collaborating with various partners such as the World Health Organization, Dalian Wanda, Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy and Paris St. Germain Academy among others.

Moignard holds a Bachelor of Arts focused in Sports Development from Edge Hill University, UK.
