Dr. Paul Musgrave is an associate professor specializing in foreign policy and international relations theory. He serves as Chair of the International Politics group and Associate Professor of Government at Georgetown University in Qatar.
His research focuses on how the public evaluates foreign policy strategies and how sub-national governments, such as U.S. state and local governments, engage in international relations. He has published widely in leading academic journals and writes for major media outlets, frequently appearing on international news networks. He previously taught at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, was an APSA Congressional Fellow, and earned his Ph.D. from Georgetown University.
