Elyas Felfoul is the director of Policy Development & Partnerships at the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE), where he manages the summit’s platform and the EdTech Accelerator Program.

Before joining WISE, Felfoul worked as a political advisor to the Quebec Vice-Prime Minister, and then followed with a position at a Toronto-based company that specializes in mergers and acquisitions.

Felfoul received his bachelor’s degree in international relations at the University of Sherbrooke in Canada and his master’s in public policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy of the National University of Singapore.
