Sabika Shaban is the founder of the Qatar Disability Resource (QADR), a platform that supports families of children with disabilities in Qatar. She serves on national boards for disability inclusion, works at Hamad Bin Khalifa University as an academic journals and publications specialist, and is pursuing a PhD in Education at the University of Cambridge. Her research focuses on disability, family experiences, and inclusive education in the Gulf.
