Dr. Mutlaq Aljasser is a preacher and scholar at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs of Kuwait. He is the assistant dean for student affairs at the Faculty of Islamic Law and Islamic Studies at Kuwait University. He is also a faculty member in the Department of Comparative Islamic Jurisprudence and Islamic Law Politics at Kuwait University. He also holds positions as the General Supervisor of Murtaqa Center for Shari'a Sciences and General Supervisor of Bayyenat Center.
