Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj is Associate Professor at HEC Paris in Qatar. She is an expert in innovation, women’s and entrepreneurial leadership, diversity and inclusion at work, women in STEM, education and career trajectories for women, and diversity in AI and technology.
Janjuha-Jivraj works with organizations and teams to build leadership capabilities to create strong innovative cultures in teams and high-performing teams. She has worked across the engineering, chemicals, technology, charity, finance, private equity, and banking sectors to successfully increase the number of women in leadership roles and create more innovative cultures. She works with public, NGO, and private business leaders all over the world as well as Fortune 500 firms.
Since joining HEC Paris in Qatar in 2021, Janjuha-Jivraj has launched an ‘Entrepreneurship’ program for Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar and spoken at Doha’s WISE summit and the Women’s Forum annual conference in Paris.
Janjuha-Jivraj is an award-winning author and published “Championing Women Leaders”, “Succession in Asian Family Firms”, and "Futureproof Your Career". She holds a PhD in Family Business Management from Brunel Business School, UK.
