International Review of Law Journal latest on


QScience.jpgThe International Review of Law Journal has published issue 2 on, the digital publishing portal for research journals.

Topics included in this issue range from construction mediation, reforms on divorce law, the legal basis of supervised drug injection facilities, the limits of prosecutorial discretion in Singapore and an Arabic paper on privatization laws in Kuwait.

Alongside these articles, has also introduced an online commenting facility, linked to the readers’ social media accounts, which allows for direct communication on the article with the author and other readers.

The International Review of Law Journal is a peer-reviewed international law journal that articulates contemporary legal discourse in all fields of law.

All content in the journal is ‘open access’, meaning articles are free-to-read on the web and authors retain copyright on their works.

The International Review of Law journal is open to doctrinal, context-based, reformative or comparative work, in all fields of law. It is an open-access platform, which accepts submissions in both English and Arabic and also provides abstract translations.
