HEC Paris, one of the world’s top three providers of Executive Education programs, is to host a two-day Open Program that will give managers a strategic overview of how social media can be leveraged to support B2C and B2B customers in their decision journeys.
Led by HEC Paris Associate Professor of Marketing Kristine de Valck, the program will take place at the HEC Paris campus in Tornado Tower, West Bay on February 7-8 2017. De Valck, who has been at the forefront of digital innovation for almost two decades, has worked with companies such as Disneyland Paris, Meetic, Renault, SFR and Yahoo! and is currently the Academic Director of the EMBA Major in Leading Digital Transformation.
Participants of the program will gain in-depth knowledge on how to identify opportunities for encouraging, incentivizing and managing the many-to-many interactions on social media in a manner that creates and/or enhances value both for companies and customers.

The Open Program will address areas such as the digitized customer journey, the social media landscape and cultures, and the four pillars of social media marketing strategy. During the two days, participants will gain insight and understanding of the difference between traditional, digital and social media marketing and their varied landscapes, in addition to increasing their social media literacy and key concepts.
