Zumba is a fitness program that aims to help improve cardiovascular fitness. It combines Latin and international music with dance moves and incorporates interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms. For everyone's safety and compliance with the MOPH regulations, we will check your Ehteraz and temperature before you enter the building. Each session is limited to five vaccinated people (including the coach).
Socials recur weekly every Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 4:15pm-5:15pm.
