Yoga lengthens the muscles of the body and the spine. It also strengthens the muscles and nerves, loosens the joints, and regulates the breathing process. The duration of the program is 60 minutes, and it aims to train, stretch, and straighten the joins.
Each session is limited to four vaccinated persons.
Classes recur every Sunday and Wednesday, from 4pm to 5pm.
