SW1TCH (Strength Class) with UN1T - Female Only

This session, brought to you by UN1T, will be a female-only, full body workout using kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercise. There will be five units, with two exercises per unit. The exercise will end with a five-minute, high-intensity metabolic conditioning exercise.

These classes are for ages 14 and above, and are accessible for people with mobility, and hearing impairments, and people with learning disabilities.
