Running fitness teaching economy and efficiency for runners

The Doha Athletics Running Club offers a women’s running fitness group program for ladies which aims to create a healthier active lifestyle by learning how to run more efficiently and economically. These sessions are led by Liz McColgan Silver Medalist Olympian, Global marathon winner of London, New York and Tokyo marathons, and the founder of Doha Athletics Club.

Classes recur weekly every Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm-7:30pm.

For everyone's safety and to comply with MOPH regulations, Ehteraz and temperature will be checked at beginning of each session and is limited to 10 vaccinated people (including the coach) and No less than vaccinated 5 participants to start the class. Physical distance must always be kept while in the session. The meeting place for the running program is at the Pitch Bowl, Oxygen Park (next to the VIP parking and Male Housing).
