Online lecture with American Artist Denniston Hill

The work of American Artist Denniston Hill considers black labor and visibility within networked life and makes use of video, installation, new media, and writing. The artist is a resident at Red Bull Arts Detroit and a 2018–2019 recipient of the Queens Museum Jerome Foundation Fellowship.

"Wavelength" is an online lecture series held in collaboration between VCUarts, the ICA, and VCUarts Qatar. A dynamic group of artists, designers, curators, and scholars have been invited to share their work with the VCU communities in Richmond and Doha as well as the general public throughout the 2020–2021 academic year.
