The tabata workouts are an effective way of training intensely for short periods of time. All the classes will include a warm up with dynamic stretching, tabata circuits, and a cool-down. The beginners class will include three circuits, and the intermediate class will include four circuits. Each circuit will feature two different exercises which will be completed for 20 seconds with a 10-second rest in between the two exercises. There will be four rounds for each circuit.
The circuits in the classes will alternate between upper body exercises such as push-ups, and leg exercises such as squats on a weekly basis. There will always be core/abs exercises and cardio exercises featured in the circuits. The program will run twice a week: Monday will be beginners level, and Wednesday will be intermediate level.
