This is a hybrid class that combines strength training and body conditioning. The session consists of five units, with two exercises per unit, and take the superset approach, so you will move between exercises quickly. At the end, there will be a three-minute core workout. The exercises will use dumbbells, barbells, and conditioning equipment. This class is brought to you by UN1T.
These classes are for ages 14 and above, and are accessible for people with mobility, and hearing impairments, and people with learning disabilities.Click here to register
