Adult Dance Workout

Our adult dance classes start off with a ballet barre workout. This focuses on shaping and toning the lower body muscles and building core strength. The session then centers on jazz stretches to enhance muscular coordination and increase the range of joint movement. Lastly, we finish with a salsa style cardio session to get the body and heart moving! This will target different muscle groups at once for total body toning as well as a boost in aerobic benefits.
