A new employee is welcomed with the "New Employee Orientation - NEO" program to ensure that he/she is equipped with all the information needed for a smooth transition into work. Our Leadership
Our employees take great pride in the leadership of Qatar Foundation. Our leadership comprises of local and international leading figures, highly respected in their own fields of work. These great people lead the work of the organization and decide the future and direction of this ambitious project. Qatar Foundation is the vision of the Emir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani and is chaired by his consort, Her Highness Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Missned.
