To make sure there are no imbalances in organizational strength, we constantly strive to assess ourselves and take corrective actions by conducting regular gap analysis. Through this exercise, we identify the main development areas, set-up task teams, and draw-up action plans to improve the development areas. Currently, we have eight different task force teams working on the improvement of eight development areas under the Administration Division.
