BARAEM TV
Baraem TV is the first Arabic television channel devoted to pre-school children between the ages of three and six years old. The channel offers an impressive range of educational programs specifically tailored for pre-school children.
Through joyful, simple and enlightening content, Baraem develops the minds of its young audiences, while supporting mothers and other caregivers throughout the day. The channel accompanies kids through their formative years of learning, and offers rich content that helps them develop their social, cognitive and intuitive skills.
Baraem TV programming is carefully designed to accompany young viewers and their mothers during their daily routines. A typical Baraem day starts with an active tone celebrating the sun rise; the level of mental and physical actions increases mid-morning to fit the children's energy boost; the early afternoon brings rich and diverse educational content that introduces viewers to Arabic letters, numbers, colors, and shapes; and the rhythm slows down as bed time approaches to help mothers prepare their youngsters to sleep.
Baraem TV broadcasts 17 hours daily, is free to view on Arabsat, Nilesat, Hotbird and reaches all Arab countries and Europe.
Baraem TV programs and the interactive website (www.baraem.tv) are specifically designed to support mothers, nurseries and kindergarten teachers by providing them with innovative, engaging ideas and tools for their everyday activities.
Baraem TV is funded by Qatar Foundation for Education, Science, and Community Development and managed by Al Jazeera Children's Channel.
