For Supplier Registration and introduction to Qatar Foundation kindly fill in the Supplier Registration Form and email it to the Procurement Directorate along with all necessary documentation as listed in the form. We only accept soft copies through (procurementrelations@qf.org.qa). We will ensure that strict confidentiality of your data is maintained.

Our procurement process is based on competitive bidding and on the principles of transparency and non-discrimination. Supplier opportunities are established through a fair and objective selection process. This selection process is designed to ensure optimum quality, service, and value for Qatar Foundation, its customers, shareholders, and suppliers.

Public Tenders for materials and services are published in leading local newspapers and also posted here in the Tender/Auction Notice section.
